1. How to make a payment to place order?
To make an order, you need to make a payment first via any means: Esewa, Khalti, Imepay or Bank Transfer. When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to a payment page with QR Codes. Either you can pay scanning one of those QR Codes, or directly transferring amount through Esewa or Khalti Ac. The most important: you need to provide Payment Remarks/Reference/Transaction ID (Any one) in the first line of Billing Details, fill all other details and finally Click “Place Order” button. We recommend our customer to put simply their full name in remarks or reference for quick processing of your order.
2. Why I am getting error while activating windows 10 /11?
Errors are common while activating windows 10 or windows 11. Sometimes server issues are also normal. It is a must that customer need to maintain total “Windows Update” before using the product key. You need to check for updates; if there is any update left to install, you need to download and install and restart if prompted. Continue this process until it shows “You are up to date”. 3. How to start setting up Office 365 Account (Custom ID) and Applications?
For Windows PC:
First of all, you need to visit : www.office.com from any browser and log in with the account id and password given by us. You are prompted to create your own new password (Please use a password easy to remember, you shall not forget your password). You will next be redirected to welcome page. Click on “Install Apps” and then select “Microsoft 365 Apps”. You can now download and install the office package. If asked for login, use your newly created password and use the applications.
For MAC:
First of all, you need to visit : www.office.com from Safari or any browser and log in with the account id and password given by us. You are prompted to create your own new password (Please use a password easy to remember, you shall not forget your password). Now, Go to “Appstore” and install “ Microsoft 365” apps. After installing use your new id and new password to login and use the applications.
